Registering A New Master Agency and/or Agent (Internal Use)

Before registering a new master agency or agent, please ensure that:
     a) Master Agency has paid the terminal deposit to the Agency Manager (click here how to pay).
     b) They have signed the Master Agency Agreement or Agent Agreement.

Step by step guide on Registering A New Master Agency and/or Agent:

1. Administrator to log in to Agent Website. Please refer to the information sent to you earlier for the link and access ID (note: the link contain the word "agent". If the word agent is not mention in the link, please contact EM product team).

2. Once login, browse over on the Agency Maintenance menu located at the left navigation bar, then select "Agency Maintenance".

3. On the Agency Maintenance screen, click on the Add button.
4. Fill up the required information as display on the screen. Take note to select the right Agency Level (either Master or Agent) and select "Default Classification" at the Agency Class Type field.

5. Once all required information has been entered, click on the Save button.
6. Repeat step 1 to 5 for registering the next master agency or agent.
