Please try the following 3 suggestions:
Solution 1 - Suspect of language setting is incorrect.
- Go to C1, F1, 4 - Language, press * English
Solution 2 - Faulty Power Adapter
- Try changing to a new power adapter
Solution 3 - Micro SD card corrupted
- Switch off the terminal and replace with a new SD card. Click here for the steps to change SD card
If all the above 3 still not working out, we suspect the keypad is defective. Please refer to your respective EM office and raise a Support Ticket.
