Micro SD card at the terminal was stolen or missing

If the micro SD card at the terminal was stolen or missing, you need to buy or get a new micro SD card.

1. Make sure the new micro SD card is empty (i.e. no other data inside).

2. Insert the card into the SD Card slot at the side of the terminal.

3. Perform Terminal Update - C2. Click here for the step by step guide.

4. Once the Terminal Update (C2) completed, please perform Files Update. Depending on your service subscribed, please select the relevant steps to perform the Files Update. Click here for the step by step guide.
