After deletion of old profile and creating a new profile, the terminal is required to be synchronized as follows:
1. Format the Micro SD Card
2. Then, perform terminal menu update using C2 (click here for the detail steps)
3. Then, perform terminal profile assignment. You can do profile assignment via the terminal (the function is located within the Files Update function) or via the merchant / SC's website. Please select and assign the terminal with the new profile.
4. Lastly, perform Files Update via the terminal.
(Note: Before deleting your old profile, you should have printed and download all the relevant reports related to that old profile in case you want to refer to the old transactions under that profile later).
