Why does an SC or Merchant need to top up their account?

The credit will be used to pay for terminal rental and/or selling services such as prepaid reload. If you are paying rental, the rental due will be automatically deducted from the SC/Merchant's account. If the amount in the account is insufficient, the system will fail to deduct and the SC/Merchant's service will be suspended.
