Merchant / SC Registration Form & Documents

All Merchants or Service Centre (SC) must fill up the application form and submit the relevant documents prior to starting. The agent is required to contact EzeeMoney's (EM) person in-charge to obtain the form.

All documents are to be submitted to the recruiter or agent. Agent will then need to submit to EM for verification and filing. Failure to submit the documents can result the agent and the merchant or service centre being suspended.

Registering Merchant or SC as a LIMITED company 

1. Photocopy of Certificate of Incorporation
2. Photocopy of Certified Memorandum and Articles of Association
3. Photograph of proposed location of operation/ Proof of business location

Registering Merchant or SC as a Sole Proprietors

1. Photocopy of Certificate of Registration
2. Photograph of proposed location of operation/ Proof of business location 
3. Photocopy of Valid Identification (I.D.).(carry copy of the original ID i.e. Passport, Driver’s License or Work permit)
