The terminal can only re-print the latest transaction receipt. It cannot re-print an old transaction receipt. To re-print the latest transaction receipt, please follow the below instruction.
You can reprint the latest transaction receipt if your
terminal is from ver 2.5.9.c. Press ## (i.e. press # once, then press #
one more time). In order to check your terminal version, please ON the
terminal. The version number is displayed on the main screen. If you
need to update your terminal, please do Terminal Update (click this link for the terminal update manual).
