The update at the terminal is a way of informing EM that you have deposited cash into our account. Instead of using the traditional method of fax or phone call to inform us, we implemented a simple step whereas you just need to update via the terminal. In addition, by notifying us via the terminal, we are able to automate the top up process. This is much faster, save time and avoid error in processing multiple merchants' top up requests.
