Agent's Funds Maintenance - Top Up, Transfer to SC and Cash Out to Bank

At the Agent Website (please check at your respective country's website for the URL link), the funds maintenance functions enable agents to do the following:
  1. Top up their agent credit account.
  2. Transfer their credit to any Merchant / Service Centre (SC)
  3. Request to cash out their credit to their own bank account
 

 A. Top Up Agent's credit account

  1. If the agent wants to top up their credit account, the agent must first bank in or deposit the fund into Ezeemoney's bank account (please check at your respective country's website for list of EM banks and its account numbers).
  2. Then, the agent will need to login to Agent Website.
  3. Choose Funds Maintenance menu, select Top Up Request.
  4. Select the Bank Code - the bank where you have deposited the fund.
  5. Enter Amount
  6. Enter the exact deposit was made at the bank (refer to the deposit slip)
  7. For Reference No:
    1. If you deposit cash, please enter the Agent ID
    2. If you deposit cheque, please enter the Cheque Number (take note for cheque, we will update the system after the cheque has confirmed cleared by bank)
  8. System will sent confirmation sms to the agent's registered hp number

B. Transfer to any Merchant / SC

Transfer to SC Request Screen
  1. The agent can transfer their credit to any SC or merchant. The step is quite straight forward.
  2. The agent will need to login to Agent Website.
  3. Choose Funds Maintenance menu, select Transfer to SC Request.
  4. Enter the SC or Merchant Code that he/she want to transfer to.
  5. Enter the amount.
  6. Once all the information is confirmed, press Save. System will automatically deduct from agent's credit account and deposit into the SC or Merchant's account.

C. Cash Out to Bank

Cashout to Bank Request
  1. The agent can cash out their credit anytime they wish to.
  2. After performing the below step, all credit will be deposited into the agent's bank account which is being registered with EM during the agent first time registration / application.
  3. If the agent want to change their bank account number, please contact EM helpdesk. 
  4. The agent can then go to their respective bank's ATM or Counter to withdraw the cash.
  5. The agent will need to login to Agent Website.
  6. Choose Funds Maintenance menu, select  Cashout to Bank Request.
  7. Enter the amount.
  8. System will then deduct the agent's credit account and transfer the fund to the agent's registered bank account. The availability of the fund is depending on the request is made. Normally, EM will process within 1-2 working days.
