Accepting Credit Repayment


1. Press F2

2. Press L3 to select File Update. Then press L2 to do a sync. Once done, Press F2, then L3 again. This time do a Files update.

3. Once step 2 is completed, Press F2, then press L2 to select Transaction.

3. Press L3 for Credit payment

4. Select the form of the payment – either cash or cheque.

5. Enter the customer name or scroll down using # to select the specific credit customer invoice being paid. Press Enter to confirm.

6. The next screen will display the outstanding amount that the customer owes the business. Please enter the value of the deposit payment the client is making. Press Enter to confirm.

7. You will be requested to please touch the customer card for verification.

If successful, it will display ‘TOP UP OK’.

8. You will then be requested to please touch the Staff Card to print receipt & record the sale.
