1. Request ID start with 12111 until 12120
On Terminal standby screen
1. Press C2
2. When the screen display "Input Request ID Now", please key in 12111.
3. Then press [ENTER] twice to confirm the request ID you have entered.
4. The screen will display "Service Centre (SC)"
5. When screen display "SC Menu Done", Press [Enter].
6. It will display the next request ID, press Enter.
