Updating the Terminal for Restaurant, Retail and Distribution

Updating your terminal regularly will allow your Terminal to have the latest functionality. We suggest you to update your terminal once a month.

Two Request ID required to be updated:
1. Request ID start with 113110 until 113119
2. Request ID start with 12119 and 12120

On Terminal standby screen
1. Press C2
2. When the screen display "Input Request ID Now", please key in 113110.
3. Then press [ENTER] twice to confirm the request ID you have entered.
4. The screen will display "Restaurant/Pub Programing"
5. When screen display "Tracksol Menu Done", Press [Enter].
6. It will display the next request ID, press Enter.

Press Enter to continue for Request ID:113111

113119

Once the above completed, repeat step 1 for Request ID 12119 and 12120.
