1. The latest firmware (please contact EM's product team for the firmware file)
2. The terminal to be distributed
3. SD Card for the terminal
4. SD Card Adapter
5. PC or laptop that can accept the SD Card Adapter

Step by step guide:
1. Download the zip file sent to you into your laptop. In the zip file, there will be a folder name UP.
2. Then, copy the entire folder “UP\” to the SD card. Alternatively, you can unzip the folder into the SD card directly.

3. Once copied, extract the SD Card from the PC or laptop and put the SD card with firmware into the terminal.

4. Turn ON the terminal. The terminal will start the processing or flashing until percentage reaches 100 and shows “done” on the screen. At this point, you DON'T NEED to have a SIM card.
5. Then, you should be able to see the date time shown on the terminal. This mean that the terminal is ready to be assigned to master agents. Proceed to the next step "Assigning terminals to master agents".
