Staff tap the card to perform transaction, terminal display error "Not Found".

Please confirm you have performed the following steps before proceeding:
  1. Format the card
  2. Register successfully
If yes, then, the last step you should do is to activate the card. The steps are:
  1. Press F2
  2. Select L4 - Card Admin
  3. Then, select L1 - Activate Card
  4. Then, tap the Master Card first (to approve this transaction)
  5. Then, tap the Staff Card
