Prepaid reload (for Telco's air time top up) refers to the coupon or voucher. The reload pin or coupon number is printed on a receipt. Customer that bought the coupon is then require to perform additional steps at his/her mobile phone to reload the pin after purchased.
As for e-Reload, customers' hand phone will be automatically top up or reloaded after purchase. No coupon or pin number will be printed on the receipt. The receipt is just a proof of purchase. Customer will receive confirmation sms from the Telco upon successful or rejected transaction.
