How do I know the e-Reload transaction is successful?

1. The customer will receive a successful top up message from the Telco.

2. Should the e-Reload fail, the SC will receive a SMS alert on the notification Hp. (Notification Hp is the Hp number registered with the SC). If there is no SMS alert, then the e-Reload is confirmed successful.

3. If you are notified on a failed e-Reload then you will be refunded immediately, please check your account balance.
