Why the total product does not match with physical count?

There are 2 possibilities:

1. The sales of the missing products are not captured or entered into the terminal. Please check to confirm by printing the sales report either via the terminal (F2, L3 - Reports) or website at Transaction Information - Sales Transaction Summary.

2. You have performed stock adjustment by edit / delete number of existing stock. Please check to confirm by printing the Inventory report via the terminal at F2, L3 - Reports or website at Transaction Information - Stock Movement.
