1. Master Stock Maintenance - to add or edit stock in the master inventory.
2. Branch Stock Maintenance - (applicable if you have more than 1 outlet. Refer to notes here). This function will allow transfer of products from Master / HQ to Branch and vice versa. It is used mostly for replenishing the branch's stock.
Step by step process:
1. Select the maintenance screen you wish to add or edit, either for master stock or branch stock
2. A list of products will appear (refer to screen shot 1 below).
3. Click the button Add or Edit (refer to screen shot 2 below)
4. Once done, click the Save button.
