F2, L2 - Cancel Order

To cancel order, you must enter the Transaction ID showed on the receipt and follow the below step:

  1. Press F2
  2. Select L2 - Cancel Order
  3. On the next screen, enter the Transaction ID from the receipt
  4. Enter the receipt amount
  5. Then, press Enter. System will retrieve the transaction record. If record not exist, an error message appear "Record Not Found".
  6. If Ok, system will display Staff ID and Table 1. Press Enter to proceed.
  7. Place master card on the terminal’s key pad when the red light goes on 
  8. “Cancellation Successful” will be displayed upon successful update. 
  9. A cancellation receipt will be printed.
