- What does your front end system consist of? Our front end system consists of a terminal of a built in printer, and a built in battery that can last almost 8 hours without charge. It does not require any complicated hardware at your place. The terminal can be replaced easily if accident occurred. Nothing to maintain. Each transaction has a receipt, and a reference number in case there is a dispute.
- Where is your back end system located? Our back end system is located at high security 6 star data centre with all the power and data line redundancy. We are a 9 year old company specialized in this field.
- Do you have back up for your front end and back end system? Our front end system is very simple. it consist of a terminal which can be replaced at any time. The back end system has full redundancy.
- How do your support us? You are assured of our support from our agency, as well as from our company. You can always have access to them or to our company. A large part of your rental is paid to them to ensure they provide on time quality service. They are just around where you are. They keep stocks for the terminal in case it is accidentally damaged.
