Cannot print staff card or sales report at the terminal

There are 2 possibilities for this error:

1. The staff has not make any sales or there is no sales.

2. If you confirm the staff has recorded a sales, then you need to perform Files Update, SYNC function at the terminal. Click here for step by step process to do Files Update, SYNC at the terminal.
